Job Description:

As a Distribution Planner, you will be responsible for managing stock replenishment in assigned areas of the supply chain network. This involves defining safety stock norms and maintaining stock levels in all distribution centers to manage uncertainties in demand and supply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fill rates (OTIF) at all distribution centers across the country
  • Ensure On-Time Finished Goods delivery of consumer promotions, new launches, and season plans in alignment with demand and supply teams
  • Monitor stock freshness and maintain high stock quality across all distribution centers
  • Coordinate between demand and supply teams to align and ensure stock availability

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Fill rate
  • Stock Freshness
  • SLOB control/reduction

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, and Distribution in FMCG industry
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Operations or related field
