Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Associate to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for assisting in drafting and vetting legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
You will support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters, conduct basic legal research, and prepare case summaries and legal notes. You will also maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements, coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation, and assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence.
