Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the data management function, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, collate, reconcile, and upload client and policy information in the portal with 100% accuracy.
  • Develop reports according to business needs and maintain turnaround times for additions, deletions, and corrections in endorsements.
  • Analyze large datasets using Excel tools and prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports with specified issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, improve processes, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and create specifications for reports and analysis based on business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background, General Insurance certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in General Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA) and handling data management portals preferably SAIBA.
  • Strong communication skills, MS-Office proficiency, and analytical and presentation skills are essential.
