Personalized Customer Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with AEP, Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and digital targeting and marketing automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AEP solutions.
  2. Develop detailed business use cases that demonstrate how AEP functionalities can be leveraged to address specific business needs and improve customer experiences.
  3. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases using AEP.
  4. Implement efficient ETL processes and integrations with other systems.
  5. Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys for accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging in omni-channel interactions.
  6. Monitor the performance of AEP solutions, proactively identify issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, with a focus on Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign & AEP services.
  • Technical developer certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.
  • Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, consuming RESTful APIs & interacting with GraphQL APIs.
  • AEP Data Collection & Ingestion from diverse sources.
  • ETL workflows for seamless data movement and transformation between various data sources and AEP.
  • Data preparation development: define XDM, create datasets, profile merge, and segmentation.
  • Implement data governance policies, data usage labels, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Data activation: integration with Target, Analytics, AJO, Campaign, destination configurations, export APIs.
  • Performance and load optimization: optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing.
