Job Title: Senior Interior Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the execution of interior finishing and furnishing works, ensuring quality control and strict adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site activities across all finishing and furnishing trades.
  • Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
  • Inspect and approve carpentry, painting, flooring, and furnishing works.
  • Monitor electrical, IT, automation, safety, and security system installations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct material inspections, verify deliveries, and maintain daily reports.
  • Enforce site safety and compliance protocols.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior office site supervision.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of interior materials (wood, laminates, veneers, paints, flooring, hardware, lighting, etc.).
  • Proven ability in quality checks and finishing approvals.
  • Ability to read architectural/interior/MEP drawings.
  • Excellent site coordination and problem-solving skills.
