Solution Expert

As a technical advisor, you will serve as the pre-sales expert for our application security portfolio. You'll work closely with the sales team to design customer-centric solutions and deliver impactful demos and proofs of concept.

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops for AppScan and AppScan on Cloud.
  • Prepare responses for technical sections of requests for information/requests for proposal and address customer queries.
  • Guide customers in adopting AppScan within DevSecOps and secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Partner with sales, services, product management, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Build reusable technical assets (presentations, demo scripts, FAQs).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in application security or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies (dynamic application security testing, static application security testing, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Bash).

This role is pivotal in driving customer success and contributing to overall revenue growth through technical excellence.

Requirements
