As a vital member of our Agile team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join us in driving project success.

This role involves overseeing the development process, ensuring the product aligns with customer needs and business goals, and facilitating effective collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth progress.
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering the team's productivity.

Team Support

  • Serve as a mentor and guide to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members.

Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to the Scrum process, tracking and managing project progress using Agile tools and techniques.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the Scrum process, identifying areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of the team's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating discussions between stakeholders and the development team.
Requirements:

We seek a highly skilled Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Scrum and be able to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, they should be able to identify and remove impediments, serve as a mentor to the development team, and ensure adherence to the Scrum process.
