Job Summary

Wiom seeks a skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and refinement of mobile applications. As a key member of our technical team, you will leverage your expertise in Flutter, Dart, and MVVM architecture to create scalable and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Implement clean and scalable code following the MVVM architecture.
  • Develop custom libraries and plugins to extend the functionality of Flutter applications.
  • Utilize method channels to communicate with native code for platform-specific functionalities.
  • Employ state management solutions, such as providers, to ensure efficient and reactive UIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Lead the integration of third-party APIs and services into mobile applications.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in Flutter development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in mobile development and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years specializing in Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter, Dart, and the MVVM architecture.
  • Proven experience in developing custom libraries and plugins for Flutter.
  • Proficiency in using method channels to integrate native code into Flutter applications.
  • Experience with state management patterns and practices, particularly using providers.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile app networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and mentor.
  • Portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.
