Java Lead Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Java Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team across various locations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines, as well as participating in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.

Additionally, the role requires providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently, and working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS applications
  • Prior experience in building high-performance, scalable systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
