Tender Execution Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and executing technical & commercial bid documents to meet specifications. We are seeking an experienced tender execution specialist with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Technical Document Preparation: Drafting detailed technical specifications for tender responses and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Commercial Document Preparation:
    • Creating comprehensive commercial bids, including pricing and terms, that meet client expectations.
  • GeM Portal Management:
    • Registering digital signatures and uploading catalogs on the GeM portal to streamline vendor management.
  • Tender Coordination:
    • Coordinating tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews to ensure timely submissions.
  • Vendor Liaison:
    • Liaising effectively with vendors, clients, and government bodies to ensure seamless communication.
  • Financial Tracking:
    • Tracking and following up on pending payments, recovering outstanding dues to maintain cash flow.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Reducing tender turnaround time by streamlining workflows, implementing submission trackers, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Compliance:
    • Achieving 100% compliance in all bid submissions to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
