Japanese Language Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Japanese language specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality translation services for various projects.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Japanese language, culture, and terminology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of translated content.
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese language or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or related field.
- Proficient in Japanese language skills to join meetings alone and write at N2 level.
- Ability to work on Japan time zone.
- Experience in ticket triaging and coordination with stakeholders.
- ITIL certification.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Experience using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
