Platform Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to drive the development, deployment, and supportability of our Kubernetes-based microservices platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Build comprehensive observability tools for .NET, Python, Java, C++, Kafka, and Redis.
- Enable log/report extraction for service cases without real-time access.
- Optimize Kafka usage by integrating Redis and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot customer environments for services (C++, .NET, Python, Java), Kafka, and Redis.
- Enhance product supportability by building Azure DevOps pipelines and installers.
- Contribute to RAS by designing observability and diagnostic tools.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Azure DevOps with 3-5 years of experience.
- Technical skills include observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, OpenTelemetry), Kafka optimization, and Redis integration.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation, diagnostics, and log extraction.
