\Key Role Overview:\

As a key engineering hire, you will be working alongside senior leadership in shaping the architecture of our platform.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to decisions that define our company's future.

\Core Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Design and build core systems from scratch (backend, APIs, orchestration engines).\
  • Migrate systems from pilot to scale.\
  • Work across the stack: backend (Go, Python), infra (AWS, Terraform), and app integrations (React Native, APIs).\
  • Influence technical culture, standards, and team-building.\
    • \
    • 5–8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems (Go and Python strongly preferred).\
    • Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.\
    • Experience with AWS stack: EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, networking basics.\
    • Comfort with DevOps (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, ECS).\
