Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to lead our backend development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to design, implement, and maintain software systems that meet business needs.
  • To write efficient, scalable, and well-documented code that meets system requirements and designs.
  • To identify opportunities for process improvements and propose modifications to existing systems.
  • To design new software components or enhance existing system components to meet evolving business needs.
  • To evaluate systems and processes to ensure they align with business requirements and specifications.
  • To produce high-quality project documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle OBP and OBMA products.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
