Job Description:

A seasoned automation testing professional is required to lead high-impact projects and drive innovation in test strategies.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled expert to develop and maintain robust automation frameworks, drive API automation testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient automation frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Develop and execute API automation testing strategies using Python and tools like Postman/RestAssured/Requests library.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure comprehensive automation coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Analyze defects and ensure quick turnaround on fixes.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Automation Testing, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
  • Expertise in API test automation (REST/SOAP APIs) using Python libraries or tools.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of test management tools.
