About this Role

We're looking for a skilled associate who can bring innovative ideas, engaging content and compelling storytelling to our campaigns. You'll collaborate with marketing, design and influencer teams to create captivating content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create concept designs and content ideas for social media, campaigns and brand communication.
  • Work closely with design and influencer teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Write persuasive copy and captions tailored for different platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture and digital innovations.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to campaign strategies and pitches.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a creative/marketing/content role.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
  • Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is also desirable.
