About the Role
  • The Tax Compliance function is responsible for managing both domestic and international filings and ensuring accurate reporting for partnerships and corporate tax entities connected to investment funds and employee vehicles.
  • The successful candidate will oversee full-cycle tax compliance, from data collection through to final filings and investor reporting.

In this position, you will:

  1. Manage full-cycle US tax compliance for assigned funds and legal entities (partnerships and corporate entities).
  2. Review federal and state tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-F, 1042/8804), investor reporting (Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3), and tax provisions for blocker corporations.
  3. Interpret investment structures and apply appropriate tax treatments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5–8 years of tax compliance experience within multinational financial services, asset management, or Big 4 advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of US partnership and corporate tax compliance, including Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, withholding, and corporate provisions (Forms 1120, 1120-F).
