Job Title: Associate Director, Programmatic

As an Associate Director, Programmatic, you will oversee media planning, campaign execution, pacing, and optimization across Amazon DSP, CM360, and programmatic platforms.

You will define, streamline, and document operational processes to boost efficiency. You will also identify bandwidth and resourcing gaps, work with leadership to align hiring or redistribution, and serve as an escalation point for client-facing teams on delivery, performance, and troubleshooting.

Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, a proven track record of success in driving growth, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning and Optimization: Oversee media planning, campaign execution, pacing, and optimization across Amazon DSP, CM360, and programmatic platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Define, streamline, and document operational processes to boost efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Identify bandwidth and resourcing gaps; work with leadership to align hiring or redistribution.
  • Client Support: Serve as an escalation point for client-facing teams on delivery, performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Business Development: Translate business challenges into digital solutions through structured planning and media intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with clients in US and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
