We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Billing Specialist.

This position involves generating invoices, supporting the accounts receivable team, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of accurate and detailed invoices for clients.
  • Support the A/R team with inquiries and account reconciliations.
Primary Job Duties:
  1. Respond promptly to client queries regarding outstanding balances and billing discrepancies.
  2. Assist in preparing weekly invoicing for various partners.
  3. Analyze work-in-progress balances and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Prepare and present invoices for partner review.
  5. Revise invoices as requested by partners or billing managers.
  6. Distribute approved invoices to clients.
  7. Provide regular reports on billing activities to office management.
  8. Maintain accurate client billing data.
  9. Clean up and update client job records as needed.
  10. Load engagement letter information into practice management software.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting practice billing and invoicing.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, and formatting.
  • Able to communicate effectively with partner teams.
  • Organized, with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Proficient in data entry and able to calculate and reconcile.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Consulting background preferred.
