The role

As part of our Technology team, you will build systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From infrastructure behind our innovative app to features used by millions of people worldwide, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and meaningful impact to everything they do.

We are looking for a Business Risk Manager who will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks. This individual should have solid knowledge of technical risk and contribute to taking our risk management to the next level.

  • Work across Technology and Product teams to analyze and improve their risk profile
  • Support teams in managing and reducing risk by designing, implementing, and testing controls
  • Perform risk and control assessments and deep dives within various product and technology teams to provide actionable insights
  • Proactively manage risks to minimize major incidents, breaches, or non-compliance in technology risk
  • Record, handle, and report on risk incidents
  • Deliver technology risk insights for the Board and executive committees, including data-driven risk reports and developing monitoring metrics (KRIs, BCIs)
  • Drive effective implementation and communication of operational risk management policies and guidelines
  • Review and update ICT-related documentation

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control, etc., and its impact on an organization's risk
  • Knowledge of products, services, and tooling related to technology product delivery with Agile and Kanban
  • Ability to adapt messages based on the audience and expectations while interacting with stakeholders
  • Ability to define risk appetite, risk impact, and identify risk likelihood
  • Ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • Previous examples of interpreting and organizing complex data
  • Ability to provide control testing support to stakeholders
