Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data integration specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  2. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
  3. Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  4. Support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects.
  7. Provide operational support for daily feeds across multiple geographies.
  8. Participate in Informatica upgrade projects and automation initiatives.
  9. Handle support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
  10. Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and automation of recurring tasks.

Requirements:

  1. 3-7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
  2. Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  3. Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  4. Experience handling large-scale data.
  5. Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  6. Exposure to automation of validation processes and operational scripts.
  7. Experience working in multi-shift support models and global team environments.
  8. Good understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP BTP Integration suite experience.

Work Model & Shift Coverage:

  1. Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts to support global operations.
  2. Willingness to provide on-call support during critical activities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global support team.
