Job Title

A professional specializing in Sexual Health is sought to provide guidance and support to individuals facing psychological and sexual challenges.

This role combines therapeutic expertise with a focus on client acquisition and sales, requiring the ability to conduct initial discovery calls and present treatment packages effectively.

This opportunity offers the chance to be part of a growing team and transition into a more hands-on therapy role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Sales (80%):
    • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
    • Buildeffective rapport and trust during calls, guiding clients to understand their needs.
    • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
    • Communicate benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing concerns and questions.
    • Closales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
  • Therapeutic Support (20%):
    • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
    • Refer or resource clients not immediately ready for treatment.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with our team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
    • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Assist in improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (dependent on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling quick rapport building and empathetic addressing of client needs.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
