Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced cooling solutions using technologies like heat pipes and vapor chambers
  • Conduct thermal testing and analysis to ensure product reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal design into product development
  • Develop and maintain thermal design documentation and reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience in thermal design of remote radio heads, AAUs, MIMO, OLTs, switches, routers, and outdoor cabinets
  • Experience with CFD tools like Flotherm and Flotherm-XT
  • Strong understanding of heat sink design, fan selection, and thermal interface material selection
  • Sound working knowledge of practical thermal testing methods
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in thermal design and testing
  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on thermal engineering
