**Job Description**A dynamic and forward-thinking Co-Founder is sought after to spearhead marketing-oriented initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the Sales and Tech Co-Founders to drive business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content, academic operations, and communication strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, and viral social media).
  • Represent the brand as a public face – leveraging camera-friendly presence for videos and storytelling.
  • Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Tech Co-Founders to align product growth, vision, and strategy.
  • Drive creative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Strong Analytical skills and research abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
