Job Title: Assistant Director

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director will provide strategic leadership to placement-related activities in designated schools. The incumbent will establish and build relationships with industries at the national and international level, targeting competitive positions and profiles for students in sync with those offered by leading recruiters to top B-Schools. The Assistant Director will formulate placement policies in close coordination with the Dean/Director of the Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
  • Develop and implement placement strategies to promote students and their programs.
  • Build industry interfaces for various training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Dean/Director to formulate placement policies and strategies.

Requirements:

  • MBA (2 years' full-time) from a leading national/international Management School.
  • 8-10 years' experience in industry/corporate organizations, with at least 2-3 years at the middle management level in Marketing/HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
