Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your methodical and precise expertise in a new cutting-edge field, working closely with dedicated and collaborative teammates.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the performance measurement and KPIs are meticulously met, including 100% coverage of TCIS requirements by tests and on-time delivery of all Verification Test deliverables. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, project management, and quality assurance), overseeing the configuration management of Verification Test deliverables, and much more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with EHS rules, particularly regarding activities performed on train and test benches
  • Management of TCIS validation and verification tools configuration
  • Delivery of TCIS test procedures and reports
  • Configuration management of Verification Test deliverables: 100% deliverables properly managed into configuration database
  • Management of validation status of change requests (CR): all CR status up-to-date in CR database (in line with test procedures and reports)
  • Management of CR: all NOK results in test reports related to a CR
  • Continuous improvement or ReX management from previous projects: 0 missing ReX

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Has experience or understanding of software integration validation phases
  • Is familiar with validation methods (boundary tests, equivalent class tests, etc.)
  • Familiarity with validation tools (TestStand, model-based testing tools, etc.) and means (Testbench, simulators, etc.)
  • Hold a certification in project management or quality assurance
  • Has practical experience in Railway or similar domains (Health, Defence, Aeronautical, Automotive) with a minimum of 2 years
  • Is fluent in English and possesses excellent communication skills
