As a seasoned retail IT leader, you will oversee the application support and development team to ensure seamless integration, performance, and usability of systems that drive store operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the support/development team across business units.
  • Manage and optimize key applications (e.g., POS, Inventory, Loyalty, CRM).
  • Collaborate with functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee incident, change, and release management processes.
  • Monitor application performance and coordinate upgrades, patches, and vendor support.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, payment gateways, and mobile apps.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of retail business processes.
  • Experience with retail application ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, Shopify).
  • Proficiency in API integration, automation, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
