Project Manager Role

The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret various technical drawings to identify design discrepancies and potential execution risks.
  • Review and validate work orders, bills of quantities, and drawings for accuracy.
  • Develop detailed project schedules highlighting inter-dependent tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and remotely monitor work to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline-related requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors and project executives.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding site updates and progress.
  • Act as a liaison between designers, customers, and site teams during the project execution phase.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, and share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Guarantee superior customer satisfaction by maintaining adherence to checklists and work method statements.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives, such as SOPs, pricing, and new business ventures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of home renovation site execution.
  • Able to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and anticipate execution risks.
  • Process-driven professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work efficiently.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Prior experience in project management or operations is essential for this role.
  • Experience working with operations-focused startups is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.
