Human Resources Manager

This role involves overseeing the human resources function within an organization.

• Recruitment and Hiring: Identify, select, and onboard top talent to fill key positions within the company.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees, management, and leadership to ensure a productive work environment.
• Benefits Administration: Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate employee progress and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
