Dynamic Solutions Developer


Description:

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development and customization, as well as proficiency in T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

In addition, they should have a strong knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and Dynamics 365 SDK for custom development, and familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.

Responsibilities include designing and developing custom solutions, customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM modules, developing complex SQL queries, integrating Dynamics 365 with other applications via APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with business analysts and end-users.

The selected candidate will participate in solution architecture discussions, provide input on best practices, and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user training materials.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development and customization.
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform tools.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and Dynamics 365 SDK for custom development.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.

Bonus Skills:
  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate, MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, and MB-200 / PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Git for version control and CI/CD.
