About the Position:
This role is part of an ongoing strategic growth effort in the Financial Planning function. You'll be working closely with other talented individuals to drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance versus plan and forecast
- Provide analytical support to supply chain stakeholders
- Develop and manage models, tools, and reporting
- Collaborate with supply chain functions on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:
- Experience managing a profit-and-loss statement
- 5+ years of experience in finance and planning
- MBA or CA/CWA (Inter) preferred
- Proficiency in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance, and systems like SAP, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach and organized documentation
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English language
