Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cypress and JavaScript-based test automation, as well as strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test cases using Cypress.
  • Designing robust test strategies and plans based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure proper coverage.
  • Performing regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing as needed.
  • Reporting and tracking defects, and working with developers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborating in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contributing to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Cypress and JavaScript-based test automation.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance testing or security testing.
  • Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
