Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers, oversee all aspects of quality assurance, and ensure the highest standards of software quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Oversight of all aspects of quality assurance, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO, and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
