We are recruiting world-class talent to ensure the technology services are modernized. As a Senior Cyber Architect within the Cyber Architecture team, you will provide cross-domain secure design leadership on cross-platform engagements.

You will report to the Chief Cyber Architect and be seen as their representative at design workshops and related meetings. You will be versatile and require knowledge of multiple cybersecurity domains not limited to Cloud security, Identity & Access Management, Security Monitoring, Network security, Cyber resilience, and Application security.

Knowledge of designing Infrastructure as Code security policies and Security as Code is required. You will also need to know Kubernetes, Service Mesh, and Container security measures.

You will conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Your accountabilities will include developing and maintaining the Security architecture, blueprints, and patterns for relevant platforms.

Evaluating and recommending security solutions to protect sensitive data and systems is essential. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement security measures that meet business needs is also critical.

You will stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry standards (Zero Trust, NIST, CIS, etc.). Working with the Cyber teams to create and enforce Cloud security policies using CASB and CSPM solutions for specific use-cases is necessary.

Maintaining awareness of the security challenges faced across numerous platforms via Portfolio Security Engineers is important. Influencing without authority, working with teams to ensure appropriate secure solutions are built without becoming a blocker to the development process, is crucial.

You will communicate security risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to Platform teams on Secure design is also essential.

A strong salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year is available for this position, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore or Pune, where ideally you'll be required to come into the office once every 1-2 weeks. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to come in more frequently.
