Manufacturing Execution Systems Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical expert to play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with other systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for MES processes and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users on MES functionality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in MES implementation and support.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and their applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and SQL. Experience with database management and industrial automation systems.

Preferred Skills: MES-specific certifications (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
