Data Scientist - Vision Data Engineer

Job Overview

This position involves developing and maintaining large-scale vision data infrastructure within the Azure ML ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience working with big data, designing automated workflows, and implementing efficient data storage patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain data infrastructure to process and store large-scale vision data sets.
  • Azure ML Automation: Build automated workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and validation within the Azure ML ecosystem.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Develop monitoring systems and data quality controls for AML pipeline operations.
  • Data Asset Management: Create and maintain data asset management strategies within Azure ML workspaces.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists to optimize data preparation workflows for vision model training.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in YAML and Python programming languages.
  • Azure Expertise: Experience using Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning (AML), and AML Python SDK.
  • Data Storage: Proficiency with Azure ML datastores and data asset management.
  • Other Skills: Experience building and maintaining AML pipelines, and proficiency with Pandas / NumPy libraries.
