We are currently seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer Intern to join our team on a remote, unpaid basis. This internship offers a unique opportunity for the selected candidate to gain hands-on experience with web technologies and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in front-end and back-end web development tasks
  • Design and develop responsive web designs
  • Implement web development projects
  • Support the team in achieving project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress (core, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, REST API)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Familiarity with MySQL database management
  • Experience in payment gateway integration and SMTP configuration
  • Understanding of API integrations and webhooks
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Basic understanding of SEO optimization and website security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
