Job Title: Senior Production Engineer
Production Operations LeadThe ideal candidate will oversee production operations in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient production targets.
- Lead shop floor operations to achieve optimal results.
- Plan and prioritize production activities aligning with project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication and welding processes.
- Optimize resource allocation and manpower utilization.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the Quality team for robust inspections.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in production/manufacturing roles, with at least 2+ years in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software.
- Hands-on expertise in TIG and MIG welding for stainless steel assemblies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
