We're seeking an experienced Python testing engineer who can guide our customers from what's now to what's next by unlocking the value of their data and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, automation testing, and Python programming.

The following are some key responsibilities for this role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design and implement automated tests using tools like Pytest and Selenium.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of software testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in development and automation testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., using OpenAI APIs).
  • Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (experience with Helios and GitHub Actions is a plus).
  • Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Experience in capital markets is an asset to possess.
