We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our organization in India.

About the Role
  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to prevent system downtime.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance and optimize operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs for future reference.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards to safeguard personnel and assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field, preferably with a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics to inform maintenance decisions.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, including knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and teamwork principles, as well as effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
