Senior Immigration Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to manage complex caseloads and collaborate with teams to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Draft, review and edit high-volume immigration cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
• Independently manage large caseloads while working closely with inter-firm teams to achieve success.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
• Report case progression and status to legal teams and managers.
• Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
• Support lawyers in procuring evidence and preparing supplementary documents.
• Identify delays in the process and implement strategies to overcome them.
• Prepare document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.

Minimum three years of experience in immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is highly desirable.
