Prb Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Prb Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of YER Review in partnership with country teams, driving awareness of risk and control matters, and leading discussions with regional HR and business teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about strategy and has excellent analytical and business skills.

• Support successful delivery of YER Review in partnership with the Country teams in line with Group process, timeline, and principles.
• Drive further awareness of risk, control, and conduct matters with the Country teams to help improve line manager understanding of the linkage between breaches issues with P3 outcomes.
• Lead discussions with the Regional HR and Business teams in relation to the Group P3 messaging.
