Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Product Manager to join our team. As an MDM Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining MDM strategy for various business units and functions, partnering with countries and key stakeholders to identify changes in business and draft end-user stories, and driving consultation with architects, business stakeholders, service providers, and IT management in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination, and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define business outcomes for various MDM initiatives and establish baselined metrics.
  • Review the end-to-end design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs.
  • Create and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents, and technical presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, guiding development teams to ensure the solution is built to architectural standards.
  • Evaluate new Informatica MDM capabilities and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilities.
  • Develop different integration patterns to enable batch and near real-time integrations with applications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offering.
  • 10+ years of experience in working with MDM technologies and solution design.
  • Proven expertise in leading multiple MDM engagements in parallel and demonstrating business value.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts for the SaaS platform and ability to design efficient and scalable data models for master data entities.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols and ability to design and implement seamless integration between Informatica MDM solution and other systems both in real-time and batch.
  • Ability to customize and configure Informatica MDM applications to accommodate business processes, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant field.
  • Skill certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare Professional domain, preferably for HCP domain implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets, and data management concepts.
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions.
  • Good understanding of DG principles and DQ practices.
