Data Analysts play a pivotal role in harnessing data and analytics to uncover insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-driven solutions.

About the Role:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Business acumen, data comprehension, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of solutions following CRISP-DM methodologies
  • Optimization techniques, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding optimal business solutions
  • Transforming business requirements into technical plans, processing data, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to existing pipelines (tests, support, and improvements)
  • Creativity and innovation in extracting valuable insights and developing AI-powered solutions
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience
  • Familiarity with optimization libraries (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.)
  • Strong Python coding skills, including ML libraries and basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (MS Azure or Google Cloud)
  • Theory understanding behind various machine learning concepts
  • CRISP-DM project delivery experience and Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (SQL, R)
  • Spark (PySpark) experience
  • Background in IT roles (Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Business Intelligence-related)
  • Data Science/Machine Learning applications to Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory or Sustainability)
  • Strong statistical/mathematical background
  • Matrix organization experience
