  8. Ensure clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with proper documentation.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of professional backend development experience with FastAPI and Django.

  3. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  4. Deep understanding of database design, including relational vs non-relational DBs.
  5. Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
  6. Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK).
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Willingness to occasionally contribute to frontend development.
  9. Must be a power user of Code or any other AI code helper.
  10. Willingsness to learn to build RAG and AI Agentic Solutions.
