About This Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who shares our values and is passionate about using their design skills to drive climate-positive action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media.
  • Craft visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact.
  • Design engaging social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action.
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver cohesive communications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Stay current with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats.
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches.
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
