Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Create high-impact product listings that capture buyer attention, adhering to Amazon’s performance metrics.
  • Monitor account health indicators and proactively address potential compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize pricing, inventory, and order management processes.
  • Effectively troubleshoot catalog errors, listing discrepancies, and engage with Amazon support for resolution.
  • Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupon strategies to drive sales.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and keyword research to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to facilitate data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Amazon policies and marketplace processes, enabling effective decision-making.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis, driving actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Superb communication and problem-solving skills, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns, leveraging campaign analytics to optimize ROI.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and staying up-to-date on market trends, informing content creation and optimization strategies.
