Senior Associate - Transformation Team

About Us:

We are a powerhouse in India's political and policy consulting industry, delivering transformative electoral solutions through data-driven insights.

Our team has a proven track record of delivering electoral victories, having managed campaigns across India. Our approach combines strategic guidance with hands-on execution, integrating actionable data insights into fully realized campaigns.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for individuals with no previous experience in political consulting but an interest in exploring this sector to join our Strategic Transformation Team. Selected team members will undergo a 5-month immersion program centered around our Head Office in Noida, requiring travel across India.

During the program, team members will work directly under the Senior Vice President, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of a political consulting organization. Afterward, they will be deployed into active campaigns and long-term initiatives.

We seek those with an interest in nation-building through politics and policy consulting. Desired candidates include engineers from high-pressure environments, MBAs with engineering backgrounds, and polymaths with expertise in Indian politics, history, and economics.

  • Professional proficiency in English and working proficiency in Hindi or at least one other Indian language.
