ERP Technical Architect

We're seeking a seasoned technical professional with 12–15 years of experience in architecting end-to-end enterprise resource planning solutions with strong domain understanding in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade ERP solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across finance, SCM, manufacturing, procurement, accounting, and HR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
  • Lead integration strategy using OData, REST APIs, Data Entities, and middleware platforms.
  • Design custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models.
  • Oversee seamless data migration and legacy system integrations.
  • Leverage cloud platforms for scalable solutions.
  • Extend ERP capabilities using platform tools.
  • Ensure adherence to industry development standards and security best practices.

Accounting & Payroll Integration

  • Implement and optimize modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation.
  • Enable workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting.
  • Integrate payroll services, time & attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape for unified workforce management.
  • Support automation in HR operations through advanced use of platform tools and ERP modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of ERP architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices.
  • Expertise in X++, Data Entities, SSRS, OData, and lifecycle services.
  • Proficient with version control, automated deployment, and DevOps.
  • Familiar with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware.
  • Experience with extending ERP functionality via platform tools.
  • Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll.
  • Effective communicator and leader, capable of driving architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations.
