Job Title: Cybersecurity Architecture Specialist

Overview:

  • This is a key position in our organization responsible for designing and implementing network security solutions that meet the organization's needs and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement network designs that incorporate SDWAN, MPLS, QoS, BGP, OSPF, and switching technologies.
  • Design and configure SD Security, SSE, and Multicast technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer requirements.
  • Validate design solutions to ensure they meet the customer's requirements and are technically feasible.
  • Provide engineering support for the network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
  • Lead network-related projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of networking technologies including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience with SSE products - Versa, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, Netskope.
    • At least 1 year of experience with CSPs - AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers.
  • Cloud Infrastructure and Application Architecture:
    • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, backup, network, security).
    • Experience in system and platform deployment over the network layers.
  • Network Security:
    • Knowledge of network security and its applications.
  • Skills:
    • A quick learner in keeping up to date with technology trends.
    • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, meet multiple deadlines to address multiple issues.
    • Ability to build consensus and agreement between different parties.
    • High level of written and spoken accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal particularly with regard to communicating technical issues to a non-technical audience.
    • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently.
    • Willingness for continuous improvement.
